Athlete consultations are here to review your training progressions and discuss test results. Answer specific questions related to training or exercise physiology. To discuss certain types of training, periodization, strength and conditioning, and general nutrition strategies. Consultations are great for a self-motivated and consistent athlete that isn’t looking for monthly coaching, that just needs some training direction. We can develop a personalized 4 to 6 week training cycle. These are done in person or video chat. These typically last 1 hour.
